Medicare Benefits Specialist
We are looking for motivated and compassionate Medicare Insurance Agents to join our team in our Tampa office. This is an in person opportunity only. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you will handle inbound, live transfer calls onlyno cold calling required! As an agent, you will assist potential clients in understanding their Medicare options, answering their questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. We are also hiring for management positions that come with additional commission opportunities on team's production.
*Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients interested in Medicare insurance options.
- Provide expert guidance on Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Medicare policies and plan updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Document client interactions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
*Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Active health insurance license (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic approach to client interactions with a focus on building trust.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other office applications.
