Role Overview We are looking for a Medical Success Manager to support Gosta Labs’ activities in France. This role is both hands-on and strategic, working closely with clinicians, hospital partners, and internal product teams. You will ensure our AI solutions deliver real clinical value and meet French regulatory and medical standards. You will play a key role in shaping how our oncology products are built, validated, and adopted in French healthcare settings. Responsibilities Provide oncology expertise and clinical leadership across the development, validation, and deployment of Gosta Labs’ AI solutions. Act as a core medical interface between clinical stakeholders, healthcare provider partners, and product and engineering teams. Translate real-world oncology workflows and clinical needs into clear product requirements. Engage with medical, clinical, and IT decision-makers at partner hospitals and cancer centers. Oversee and advise on clinical validation studies and performance assessments of AI algorithms. Ensure compliance with French regulatory requirements, clinical guidelines, and best practices. Contribute to product and clinical strategy by identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve oncology care. Represent Gosta Labs within the French oncology community, including conferences, advisory discussions, and industry events. Collaborate with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver high-quality, clinically robust solutions. Stay up to date on advances in oncology, medical AI, and digital health. Qualifications Holding a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree Specialization in Oncology is preferred Hidden qualification: Doctor of Medicine degree received later than 2015 Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post Doctor of Medicine degree Work experience from a tech Small to Mid sized company Experience in digital health, health tech, or telemedicine, ideally involving AI-enabled solutions. Proven experience working with medical, clinical, and IT decision-makers within healthcare provider organizations. Strong background in clinical strategy, medical oversight, or clinical governance. Digitally fluent and comfortable working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Based in France and eligible to work locally. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
