Customer Care Agent (SEASONAL, FLORIDA ONLY)

Seasonal Remote Customer Care Agent Location: Remote (Equipment pickup required in Vero Beach, FL) Pay Rate: $14.00/hour Target Start Date: October 21, 2025 Looking to earn extra income this holiday season while gaining valuable experience — all from home? Join our team as a Seasonal Remote Customer Care Agent. We’ll provide the equipment; you bring professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills. What You’ll Do • Assist customers by placing orders, answering product questions, and resolving issues over the phone • Maintain a calm, professional tone and deliver excellent service from your home workspace • Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience Qualifications • Must live in Florida and be able to travel to our headquarters to pick up equipment • Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum) • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures • Friendly, professional attitude • Must be available at least one weekend day per week • Due to the short nature of our seasonal window, time off is generally not available during peak season (October–January). Applicants should be prepared to work all scheduled shifts during this time. What We Provide • Company-provided equipment (computer, monitor, headset, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord) • Paid virtual training • Supportive, team-oriented remote work culture Schedule • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. Most team members work one of the following: • 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. • 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. • 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. • Must work at least one weekend day per week throughout the season Hale Groves is a drug-free workplace.
