- Answer incoming calls for assigned clinics and operate call center telephony platforms
- Follow scheduling protocols and utilize critical thinking to address specific situations
- Complete accurate patient scheduling for multiple clinics and medical groups
- Validate and enter patient information, including demographics and insurance details
- Monitor assigned boxes in EMR for communication from clinics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of business office experience in relevant areas such as billing, collections, or customer service
- Additional education in business management or healthcare management may substitute for required experience on a one-for-one basis
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients and clinic staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of business office experience in relevant areas
- Additional education in business management or healthcare management
- Experience with call center operations
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
