• Total Men’s Primary Care, focused exclusively on men.
• Total Care Primary Care, focused on families.
• Total Behavioral Health, focused on patient mental wellness.
Total Primary Care is looking for a Medical Receptionist to help book Annual Physicals for existing patients. This IS NOT cold calling! More of a friendly reminder to our existing patients to schedule their annual wellness exam.
Qualifications
Basic healthcare experience is very important to know.
You must be comfortable on the phone, making 200+ calls a day.
High attention to detail,
Ability to work with little supervision.
You should have REAL experience doing this type of work and in healthcare background is required!!!
We offer a small base + a bonus for each appointment booked. Again these are not cold calls, but rather existing patients.
