What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound customer calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Analyze problems with customer equipment rapidly and efficiently
- Escalate tickets to appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Create and update tickets for every interaction, ensuring accurate notes are recorded
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support customer service efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Call center experience is a plus
- Must possess excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for providing solutions to customers and a strong service orientation
