Medical Data Entry Specialist | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient entry of patient health information into our electronic medical record (EMR) system. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of medical documentation to support the integrity of patient records and clinical workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Enter patient health information accurately into the EMR system. • Scan and upload paper charts into the EMR or shared drive. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. • Ensure all patient records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. • Provide end-user support across multiple sites as needed. • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) credential required. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical data entry or related clinical role. • Must have an EPIC software experience. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology. • Ability to adapt to end-user support needs across different clinical sites. • Excellent leadership, written, and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours.
