Job Title: Medical Coding Faculty
Looking for an experienced trainer who has great knowledge in Medical Coding. Should be able to handle a batch of 50+ students making them learn the complete syllabus within the curriculum time. There will be 6 hours class per day.
Technical Knowledge: MS word, PowerPoint and Excel
Contribute to developing and upgrading quality of delivery of classes from time to time.
Curriculum Development: Develop and update curriculum materials for medical coding courses to ensure they align with industry standards and regulations.
Create lesson plans, syllabus, and instructional materials that facilitate effective learning.
Classroom Instruction: Deliver lectures, presentations, and hands-on training to students on topics related to medical coding.
Utilize various teaching methods to engage and motivate students, including group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises.
Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and... examinations to evaluate student performance.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical coding, healthcare regulations, and relevant software tools.
Share real-world experiences and examples to enhance students' understanding of the field.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in setting and achieving their academic and career goals.
Offer one-on-one support and academic advising as needed.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters active participation and respectful behaviour.
Address student concerns and resolve conflicts when necessary.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your own knowledge and teaching skills.
Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars related to medical coding and education.
Compliance: Ensure that all course materials, assessments, and instructional methods comply with institutional policies and industry standards.
To report to the HOD on a regular basis
Must be able to create recorded videos for online LMS.
Must have laptop and high speed internet connection.
Salary: 18K-22K
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS :-
Candidates with BHMS, BDS,BAMS qualifications are preferred.
Candidates must have CPC Certified.
Minimum 1 year experience in training sectors.
Strong knowledge of medical coding systems and guidelines (e.g., ICD-10-CM, CPT)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work from Home: Timing 10AM-12AM & 2PM-5PM & 7PM-10PM
