Key Responsibilities
Process and submit insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
Review and verify patient information to ensure correctness.
Follow up on claims to confirm timely payment.
Maintain detailed records of all billing activities.
Analyze and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Communicate with insurance companies to address claim issues.
Provide outstanding customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries.
Prepare and send monthly statements.
Obtain necessary prior authorizations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in medical billing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
