Keystone Custom Homes is looking for an exceptional Online Advisor to join our award-winning team as we work to convert unprecedented levels of traffic – from leads, to appointments, to sales! The Online Advisor will interface with clients from a variety of platforms including phone, email, text and Live Chat. Armed with a proven set of scripts and templates, coupled with a thorough knowledge of the company, the Online Advisor will be responsible for setting appointments, answering basic questions, and directing clients to the right personnel for their inquiry. The success of the Online Advisor is vital to the success of the entire organization. This position is part of the Online Advisor Team and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in order to further Keystone’s mission of “Building Dream Together.” This position is a part-time, position with weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) required. It is a base plus bonus position with no limit to your earning potential!
