Job Purpose

Do you have the desire to help others? Quick Care Med is looking for caring and smiling faces to help care

for our patients.

Work alongside your healthcare provider to help patients feel better.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve patient satisfaction and relationship.
• Great all patients with a warm and friendly Welcome.
• Obtain patient medical histories, medication lists, surgical history.
• Obtain patient vitals.
• Prepare patient electronic charts.
• Assist the healthcare provider with examinations and procedures.
• Perform routine procedures under established protocols such as:

Venipuncture

EKG

Therapeutic injections

Ear lavage

Nebulizer treatments

Suture removal

Sterile dressing changes
• Perform various in-house clinical tests such as:

Urinalysis

Drug and alcohol screening

Blood glucose

COVID

Strep

Flu
• Maintain stock of medications and medical supplies.
• Practice safety, environmental, and infectious control methods.
• Assist with front office support as needed.
• Answer phones.
• Address incoming and outgoing faxes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, lobby, patient restrooms, and patient exam rooms.
• Any additional duties assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications
• Desire to help and care for people
• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical training and certification (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• eClinicalWorks experience (preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses good interpersonal skills

Working conditions

This position may require evening, weekend, or holiday work. This position requires many hours in a

sitting or standing position. This position may require travel to various office locations. Quick Care Med is

a COVID testing and treatment site. Flexible schedule.
