Hours of Operation: Saturday and Sunday 7 am - Midnight All National Holidays 7 am -Midnight Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - Midnight This position requires work on Saturday and Sunday 12m - 5pm PST. Every national holiday including some additional recognized days Daylight savings time observed, Arizona Time. Responsibilities: MD Triage Medical Assistants take inbound calls and emails from patients, gather pertinent information, and enter data into an EMR. We work effectively and efficiently to: • Obtain accurate, precise personal and medical health information from patients. • Record medical record data in EMR software. • Systematically follow up and track call progress for each patient. • Communicate with Nursing Team for seamless flow of information and follow through. Requirements: • HS Diploma required. • Must be open to working weekends, nights, and holidays (Must be willing to work weekends and one shift each holiday). • Computer proficient. • Capable of multi-tasking throughout a fast-paced shift. • Must be reliable and dependable. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal, computer, and telephone skills. • Reliable high-speed internet connection for provided VOIP phone (DSL or Cable must have a minimum of 5 Mbps upload). • Bilingual a plus. • Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant School preferred. • MA Certification a plus.
