Job Title: Medical Article Writer – Clinical Case Studies & Patient Success Reports Location: Remote: TX & NY (Hybrid option available) Organization: The Center for Integrative & Regenerative Medicine Position Type: Part-Time / Contract / Project-Based Position Overview We are seeking a Medical Article Writer with experience in writing clinical case studies, patient outcome reports, and scientific manuscripts. The ideal candidate will transform our patient success stories and treatment data into well-structured, publication-ready articles that reflect academic and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities • Review clinical data, treatment notes, and outcome summaries from our integrative and regenerative medicine cases. • Write detailed case reports and scientific articles in compliance with medical journal standards (e.g., CARE Guidelines). • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to verify data accuracy and medical validity. • Prepare manuscripts suitable for publication in peer-reviewed or professional journals. • Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA-compliant documentation and anonymization). • Conduct literature reviews to provide scientific context and references for each article. Qualifications • Advanced degree in Medicine, Biomedical Science, or a related health field (MD, ND, DC, PhD, MPH, BSs, or similar). • Proven experience in medical writing, particularly in clinical case reports or scientific manuscripts. • Excellent understanding of medical terminology, research methodology, and evidence-based writing. • Ability to interpret clinical data and present it in a clear, logical, and engaging format. • Familiarity with reference management tools (e.g., Zotero, EndNote) and journal submission guidelines. • Strong command of written English and scientific communication style. Preferred Skills • Background in functional medicine, regenerative therapy, or integrative health. • Experience preparing IRB documentation or observational research summaries. • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals (a plus).
