CROSSMEDIA is a global media independent agency committed to transparency and innovation in media planning and buying. They are seeking a Buyer for Paid Social to oversee tactical planning, execution, and reporting of paid social media campaigns, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize performance and deliver actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesOversees paid social media tactical planning, execution, and reporting, while leveraging deep knowledge of the media marketplace to brainstorm and recommend new platforms, activations, and vendor partnershipsWorks with clients to understand brand and implements social initiatives among paid social media advertisingWorks with the following channels: Meta(Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SnapchatUtilizes social platforms natively (Facebook/IG, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, Snapchat) and within PMD technology for paid social mediaAnalyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize and improve ROI, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative performanceManage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to financial goalsPrepare and present comprehensive performance reports to clients, translating complex data into actionable insightsWork closely with the media planning, buying, and agency partner teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign strategiesTraining team members on paid social media tactics and campaign managementSkills1.5 - 2+ years' advertising agency or media agency experience, preferably within a media planning and buying agencyProficiency in using social media platforms and tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, X Ads, etcStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills.
