Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, ensuring their shipping needs are met and exceeded. Package Processing: Receive and process packages for courier shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Equipment Operation: Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices with expertise. Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and best-value options to provide accurate information to customers. Continuous Learning: Take ownership of learning all aspects of the business, including industry trends and alternative solutions. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with team members and leadership, practicing good listening skills and maintaining open communication. Work Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to company standards. Independence and Time Management: Complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Availability: Be available to work 40 hours per week for assigned shifts, including weekdays (8am-6:30pm), Saturdays (9am-3pm), and Sundays (10:00am-3:00pm). Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites. Communication Skills: Outstanding phone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math. Work Ethic: Prompt, reliable, and responsible with a good work ethic. Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality control. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40+ pounds. Preferred Qualifications: Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the shipping and logistics industry an asset.
