Whether it's fun surprises or practical benefits, you’ll always feel valued.Bits of your job:Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Native Advertising platformsDevelop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectivenessWork cross-functionally with other departments, including the creative team, to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goalsResearch and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign resultsContinuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIsAssist in the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies from concept to launchPerform other media buying tasks as required to support the overall advertising objectivesRequirementsKey expectations:Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Native Ads campaigns on platformsStrong understanding of audience segmentation and social media best practices to optimize conversionsFamiliarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performanceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teamsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA passion for social media, particularly in working with sports-related campaigns, with a commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and innovationsDemonstrate fluency in English Bonus:Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., YouTube ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is a bonusSalary: 1200-1700 $/mon. grossKeep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.Originally posted on Himalayas
