As a Unicorn Marketer, you’ll be embedded directly with clients who value your expertise, supported by our leadership team and a network of elite operators. Responsibilities • Manage and scale ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok (and other platforms) with budgets ranging from $20K–$300K+ per month. • Participate in a weekly mastermind with top media buyers, gaining access to strategies and AI tools. • Provide clients with strategic insights, creative direction, and data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with Unicorn leadership and peers to ensure client success. Requirements • 3–15+ years of media buying experience • Proven track record of driving ROI across Meta + at least one other channel (Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and attribution/tracking skills • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (graphics and video generation) • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented • Strong communication and collaboration skills Compensation • $2,500–$5,000+ monthly base per client (commensurate with experience) • Additional commission opportunities tied to ad spend and performance Benefits • Weekly mastermind calls with elite operators and access to Unicorn leadership • Ongoing training and AI tools provided • Exclusive access to established clients ready to scale • Remote, flexible schedule How to Apply: Provide your resume and message us to learn more ⚡ Note: We’re only seeking top-tier applicants who meet the qualifications above.
