This role involves reconciling discrepancies, collaborating with media planners, finance teams, and vendors to ensure smooth billing operations, and supporting month-end and year-end financial close processes. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in financial systems are essential for success in this position.ResponsibilitiesProcess and Review Media Invoices: Ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts by meticulously handling media-related invoices. Reconcile Media Buys with Invoices: Verify that media purchases align with invoiced amounts to confirm correct charges. Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies promptly. Maintain Financial Records: Keep detailed and organized records of media expenditures and payments for auditing and reporting purposes.
