Med Spa Finance Consultant – Med Spa Revenue Share & Medical Director Compensation
Seeking an experienced med spa operator, healthcare accountant, or consultant to assist with structuring a compliant compensation and revenue model between a wellness clinic and its medical director.
The goal is to design a structure that aligns with Washington State CPOM requirements, avoids fee-splitting concerns, and is financially sustainable as the business scales.
Scope of Work:
Review current business and service model (IV therapy / medical services)
Advise on compliant medical director compensation structures
Evaluate flat fee vs service-based vs alternative models
Identify CPOM, fee-splitting, and tax considerations
Provide clear recommendations and example frameworks
Qualifications:
Direct experience with med spas, IV clinics, or outpatient medical businesses
Familiarity with medical director arrangements
Understanding of CPOM and healthcare compensation constraints
Ability to explain complex structures clearly and practically
Project Type:
Short-term advisory with potential for ongoing consultation.
