Key Responsibilities Delivery and Implementation (50%): Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications that meet customer needs and drive business value. You'll work with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm to deliver results, even in challenging circumstances. Learn and Grow (20%): Continuously learn and grow through successful and unsuccessful experiments, seeking ways to expand your skills and knowledge through formal and informal development channels. Planning and Alignment (20%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software applications, working closely with product teams to define user stories, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. You'll adapt your attitude and behavior to meet the changing needs of different situations, providing multi-modal communication that conveys a clear understanding of technical concepts. Support and Enablement (10%): Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on modern software development frameworks, and leading technical discussions to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. You'll help junior engineers grow and develop their skills, promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
