Responsibilities
? Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards mandated by state, federal, and OSHA regulations.

? Manage and supervise cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving results.

? Unload trucks of groceries and process bulk meats into appropriate portions for various food recipes.

? Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working condition.
Requirements
? Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams.

? Ability to work well with others.

? Knowledge as a Qualified journeyman meat cutter preferred.

? Experience in a high-volume environment selling up to $100,000 in products weekly.
