The person we are looking for thrives in a professional and fast-paced environment. You’re a motivated self-starter with three (3) years of benefits administration experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate exceptional customer service. A day in the life: In this position, you will be performing various benefit-related administrative duties for both our offices and internal operations: · Managing 40+ open enrollment processes for MD² offices across the country · Processing life events for current staff and physicians · Assisting new hires with benefits enrollment · Auditing benefits enrollments monthly in payroll and with carriers · Reviewing monthly 401(k) contribution changes in payroll · Updating the HRIS and benefits platforms with office-specific plan materials · 401(k) plan audit support · Responding to benefits-related inquiries · Working cross-functionally with finance for payroll changes and invoice inquiries · Other duties as assigned Requirements · Minimum three (3) years of benefits administration experience · Experience in small group benefits · Familiarity with a variety of carrier and state rules and regulations · Experience with HRIS.
