The position may involve occasional travel for team meetings. What You’ll Do:Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for fraud prevention in e-commerce and logisticsContent Development: Collaborate with the Fraud and Marketing teams to create compelling external content, including case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership materialsGo-to-Market Strategy: Assist in defining messaging and positioning for Happy Returns’ fraud solutionsThird-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with a third-party analytics partner (pending timelines) to assess fraud detection effectiveness using internal dataData Analysis: Analyze internal and third-party data to assess solution effectiveness and provide recommendations to enhance fraud detection and prevention Who You Are:Education: Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program, with an expected graduation date in 2026Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into effectively-communicated recommendationsCommunication: Skilled communicator, both written and verbal, adept at creating clear and persuasive content for diverse audiencesCollaboration: Proactive and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote environmentInterest: Interested in fraud prevention, data analytics, and go-to-market strategy RequirementsExperience: Background in consulting, product marketing, or roles with strong analytical experienceIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics sectorsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platform
