Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, both in-center and online
Develop positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in our programs
Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes, including the Mathnasium Method
Evaluate student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized learning environment
Support non-instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our team
Requirements:
A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong math competency, at least through Algebra I
Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to a dynamic environment
Willingness to learn, grow, and develop as a professional educator
