We’re the behind-the-scenes team powering high-ticket coaches and consultants and we’re looking for someone who can elevate their tech game even further. This is a fast-paced environment, and we’re not going to sugarcoat it. You’ll need to be focused, sharp, and able to solve problems quickly and calmly. If your brain naturally maps things out in flowcharts… if you see chaos and instinctively start drawing lines to make it make sense, you’ll fit right in. There’s a lot of hands-on implementation work involved: building, fixing, and improving systems. But it’s not just button-clicking. There’s strategy baked into everything we do. You'll often need to take a client’s big-picture idea, reverse-engineer it into a system that actually works, and then build it from the ground up. If you love that mix of logic and creativity, you’ll love this role. Attention to detail is non-negotiable. Our clients trust us to manage mission-critical systems for their multi 7- and 8-figure businesses. Mistakes cost real money and time. We’re looking for someone full-time, working in North American Eastern Time hours, who’s comfortable being part of a close-knit, highly communicative team. We don't work in silos here; collaboration is how we win. You’ll need to be fluent in English, not just for documentation or task updates, but because you’ll often be the one explaining technical systems in plain language. Sometimes that’ll happen in Slack, other times on a Zoom call. Either way, you need to be clear, professional, and confident. You’ll also need to take ownership of your work, whether it goes perfectly or something goes sideways. We value people who don’t hide from problems but step up, fix them, and learn from them. And finally, you need to love learning. This space moves fast, and so do we. What worked a year ago might not cut it today. That’s why we care more about your mindset than your resume.
