Marketing Specialist, Paid Media (Temp)

Position Title: Marketing Specialist, Paid Media (Temp) Duration: Temporary, Part time. This role will be from October-December. Preferred working hours in the afternoon (EST). This will be 20hrs/week. Location: US-Remote About the role The Paid Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of boosting Creator posts on Instagram and TikTok and digital media ad execution targeting specified audiences. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of digital media experience, specifically paid social, including but not limited to META, and TIKTOK. Google and trade media experience is a nice to have. This candidate will manage and coordinate budgets, planning calendars, assets, materials and approvals. This role requires marketing knowledge with creativity and passion to deliver bar-raising, best-in-class digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing paid social / boosting campaigns, working closely with lead generation marketing and creator collaboration sales analyzing results and performance. How you will make an impact Develop, strategize, and execute creator boosting campaigns against targeted audiences from ideation to post campaign analysis Facilitate teams campaign operations and workflow deadlines, deliverables and processes to ensure successful and on-time campaign execution Support the Marketing team by monitoring KPIs (such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ads performance, and revenue) and informing on findings Perform analysis of key business metrics to evaluate success and growth opportunities Boosting categories are typically retail fashion, beauty and home focused. Coordinate boosting efforts with Campaign Operations team What you will bring to LTK Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications; 2+ years of experience with paid social media, for DTC/B2C brands. Hands on keyboard, implementation, and execution of campaigns is a must. Base knowledge of UTM parameters.
