Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist - Social Media Content will develop and implement a social media content strategy that engages our audience, builds our community, and promotes our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Develop and curate high-quality, engaging social media content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience.

Ensure content aligns with the Foundation's brand voice and messaging.

Social Media Management:

Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support our programs and initiatives.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.

Community Engagement:

Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and other social media personalities who can help amplify our message.

Foster a sense of community on our social media channels by encouraging conversation and user-generated content.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong passion for social media, content creation, and community engagement.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective social media content strategies.

Exceptional written and visual content creation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have Qualifications

Previous experience with social media marketing, content creation, or a related field.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Preferred Personal Attributes
