Position: Quality Control Analyst Location: Dallas, Texas Duration: Contract Job ID: Job Overview: The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of communications across various platforms, including direct mail, social media, emails, web pages, promotions, advertising, and data. This role involves adhering to established testing procedures, following quality control checklists, proofreading, and maintaining a zero-error rate in all communications. Responsibilities: * Perform quality control of provided content, including direct mail, social media, emails, web pages, promotions, and advertising. * Review target audience data to ensure accurate segmentation. * Execute basic quality control procedures with assistance as needed. * Engage appropriate resources and solutions with guidance. * Follow through on quality control timelines. * Compare assets to business requirements and supporting materials, including the Brand Style Guide, approved disclaimers, and landing page information; document inconsistencies and errors. * Execute testing procedures and test cases by following established guidelines to ensure a zero-error rate, with assistance as needed. * Adapt to evolving business needs and a changing environment, including new forms of media. * Maintain a solution-oriented approach and positively impact the team environment. * Collaborate with leadership to align priorities, address project work, and build personal development plans. * Meet any physical ability requirements listed in the job description. * Perform other job duties as directed by leadership. Qualifications: * Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written. * Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and organizational skills. * Experience with quality assurance documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Snagit, or ProofHQ. * Effective communication skills within the immediate team and ability to represent the team's perspective in peer-to-peer interactions. * Ability to articulate ideas clearly, proactively listen, and ask clarifying questions. * Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet promised timelines. * Deliver quality work within a cost-effective environment. * Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills preferred.
