Marketing Manager in Golf Ecom Brand - Remote - Work with Our CEO

We’re a fast-growing golf brand redefining how golf products are marketed and sold online. From premium golf gear to innovative content and community-building, we blend top-tier branding with next-level eCommerce execution. We're on a mission to scale—fast—and we need a marketing manager who wants to grow with us.
The Role
We’re looking for a full-stack Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategic leader, tactical executor, and team builder. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations while building systems that scale. This isn’t a hands-off role—you’ll get in the trenches to write, test, build, and optimize alongside the team.
You should also be someone who actively embraces AI and new technology to streamline workflows, increase output, and stay ahead of marketing trends. You’ll work closely with our creative, media, influencer, and eCommerce teams—while also collaborating with our B2B sales team to generate more wholesale leads, appointments, and deals through our wholesale and media departments.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to grow fast and own results.
What You’ll Do
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and coordinate teams across:
• Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
• Amazon & TikTok Shop
• Email & SMS
• Content Production
• Wholesale & B2B Growth Support: Work with our B2B sales team to create marketing campaigns and lead-gen funnels for wholesale and media partnerships
• Shopify Store Management: Own backend setup, apps, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
• Landing Page Buildouts: Design and launch high-converting pages using tools like Zipify, Shogun, or GemPages
• Tech & Automation: Use Zapier, Klaviyo, and other platforms to create efficient marketing systems and connect the tech stack
• AI-Driven Marketing: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance creative output, write faster, and make smarter decisions
• Channel Expansion: Explore and test new growth opportunities—including TV ads, podcast sponsorships, direct mail, YouTube ads, and more
• Data & Optimization: Track performance metrics and constantly test, learn, and improve campaigns

• Highly organized, proactive, and performance-focused
• Tech-savvy and AI-forward—always looking for tools that boost speed and effectiveness
• A team leader who can manage others but isn’t afraid to do the work yourself
• Comfortable working across departments and aligning multiple functions toward growth
