Marketing Development Relationship Specialist
Description:
• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process.
• Executes tailored fundraising and cultivation activities under the direction of Senior Manager.
• Coordinates touches and activities that effectively communicate Compassion’s mission.
• Provides exceptional customer service through written correspondence, phone calls, and other engagement channels.
• Advances growth across all giving opportunities and product lines.
• Identifies and nurtures prospects for sponsorships and commitments.
• Maintains accurate donor records and segmentation within Salesforce.
• Tracks engagement activities, analyzes donor trends.
• Nurtures donors and prospect requests.
• Collaborates with Senior Manager and corporate and foundation fundraisers to identify potential major gift prospects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Three years Relevant experience working in this or a related field.
• Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above.
