Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to serve as the central hub and support for our Promo and Reseller Division. This remote role is perfect for a process-driven marketer who enjoys moving projects from the "Proposed" stage to "Live" execution. You will be responsible for triaging project requests, ensuring brand consistency across various integrations, and managing the resources required to hit our promotional milestones. Responsibilities: Project Prioritization & Triage: Manage the intake of new promotional project requests, evaluating them based on strategic impact and departmental goals. Cross-Functional Integration: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Resource Management) to ensure marketing projects are integrated seamlessly across all platforms. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring all departments are aligned on deadlines and deliverables. Quality Assurance: Review all assets for brand alignment and technical accuracy before they go live. Reporting Automation: Support the construction of comprehensive marketing performance reports, including lead tracking and ROI analysis, with a focus on automating manual data processes Paid Search Management: Oversee and support paid search programs and optimization across industry-specific platforms API & Technical Support: Assist in the management of API integrations and project workflows to ensure seamless data flow between marketing tools and internal systems Key Competencies: The Master Organizer: You thrive on spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and clear status updates. If a project doesn't have a deadline, you’re the one to set it. The Integrator: You understand how a change in one area (like a promo code or a landing page) impacts the rest of the ecosystem. The Communicator: You can explain technical project delays to non-technical stakeholders with ease and professional wit. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Project Velocity: Reducing the time a project stays in the "Proposed" or "Pending" status Resource Efficiency: Minimizing overlaps or resource conflicts Alignment Score: Ensuring 100% of launched projects meet pre-defined brand and integration standards. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar operations-heavy role. Data Literacy: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (you should be comfortable navigating the types of prioritization files provided). Experience assisting with API development projects or technical project management (Bonus) Toolbox: Experience in Email Marketing, CRMs, Attribution, and Performance Reporting (e.g.,Klaviyo,Hubspot, PowerBi) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Operations, or Communications(Optional) Paid Search Expertise: Proven track record managing paid search campaigns or similar projects Remote Office: Ability to work from home.
