Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our team, responsible for leading financial analysis, process improvement, and project management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support key workstreams directly aligned to executive priorities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects and initiatives Lead process improvement initiatives, including the development of new spend approval committees and the implementation of efficient processes Coordinate, review, and present spend requests to a panel of financial leaders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management Develop and maintain executive-level reporting to inform spending decisions and drive business outcomes Analyze internal data systems to become a subject matter expert in spend baselines and identify areas for improvement Lead audits to validate productivity recommendations across the organization, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of process improvements Essential Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement and management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail or technology industry, with a strong understanding of business operations and market trends Proven experience in contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive business insights Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles Certifications in financial planning and analysis, such as FP&A or CFA, with a strong understanding of industry best practices Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights, with a strong understanding of data analysis and modeling Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of data science and analytics Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will require a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
