MUST be based in the US to be considered.Scope of Work:Architect and implement automated email/SMS journeys based on predefined goals using a marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).Develop campaign content and messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with audience segments.Deliver regular performance summaries of automation flows with high-level insights and recommendations.Set up and document A/B tests as part of the project scope to inform messaging improvements.Ensure all work is tested, QA'd, and deployed in alignment with project milestones and timelines.
