Marketing and Content Manager
Description:
Execute marketing campaigns and events to promote our products/services and generate leads.
Manage the intake, triage, approval, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing events, including conference attendance and CFGI-sponsored events.
Administer CFGIs marketing automation software, Salesforce Account Engagement (f/k/a Pardot).
Serve as a connection between our Partners and our third-party marketing agency to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and messaging.
Create and edit engaging and relevant content for various online channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
Manage the creation and maintenance of off-the-shelf marketing collateral, such as templated pitchbook presentations and other sales materials that are used regularly by our professionals.
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends... competitor activities, and best practices in marketing and content creation.
Ensure all marketing materials and content adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's messaging.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and event management, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress).
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand building.
