The Role: Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator is an entry-level position supporting Jairus’ account management and operations teams. This role works across various clients, providing an opportunity to build marketing and account management experience with mentorship and coaching from senior team members.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Execution Support: Support project implementation such as audience development and campaign monitoring across various marketing platforms, including social media and email channels.
• Process Expertise: Understand and follow internal processes and workflows, appropriately utilizing our project management system (Teamwork) to ensure delivery of assigned tasks on time and on budget.
• Onboarding Wizard: Facilitate new client onboarding efforts in collaboration with team members.
• Develop and Grow: As part of future role development opportunities, understand wider agency roles and responsibilities, including those required of Account Managers and Account Directors, through training, mentorship, and shadowing.

• Education & Experience: BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field or one year of marketing experience.
