Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technical Writer--EAM.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $25 - $35 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Rewrite Process Instructions for new Asset Management system, working with digital equipment documentation to be migrated into the Maximo EAM using current equipment binders.
ā¢ Create Process instructions for newly created processes in Maximo EAM system
ā¢ Initiate and manage change requests and change orders to validate new and repaired equipment
ā¢ Serve as the main focal point for the component system, including data collection, data validation, meeting coordination, rollout execution, and progress updates
ā¢ Perform risk assessments, investigate nonconformance issues, gap analysis, and develop corrective actions
ā¢ Ensure all written materials align with company, quality, and FDA guidelines across all manufacturing components
Experience Requirements:
ā¢ Ability to manage competing priorities
ā¢ Overall understanding of process instructions
ā¢ Life Science Experience
ā¢ Software Skills Required: MS Platform Suite, Oracle, Coupa
ā¢ Functional knowledge of Engineering/Maintenance
ā¢ Maximo or Asset Management EAM platforms
Education Requirements:
ā¢ BA preferred but experience more important.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
