You will play a key role in driving scalable, high-impact improvements across multiple facilities.Key Responsibilities:Analyze manufacturing operations from a systems perspective to drive transformation initiativesDesign and optimize end-to-end value streams to improve throughput and efficiencyLead automation projects including design, integration, and implementation of robotics and PLC systemsEvaluate facility layouts, equipment utilization, and automation strategiesTranslate simulation and modeling insights into actionable transformation roadmapsDrive Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events and continuous improvement programsPartner with cross-functional leaders to align process improvements with business goalsUtilize data analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvementsPresent findings and recommendations to leadershipWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred)5+ years of experience in process engineering, factory design, or manufacturing transformationStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream MappingExperience leading process improvement or automation initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across functionsWhat Will Set You ApartExperience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiativesExposure to ERP/MES integrationSix Sigma Black Belt or Lean certificationPractical experience with manufacturing quality management systemsPractical experience with preventative maintenance programsPractical experience with Supply chain management processesExperience with digital factory modeling or simulation toolsWhat You’ll GainOpportunity to lead high-impact transformation initiativesExposure to advanced manufacturing and automation strategiesVisibility with senior leadership across multiple operating companiesCareer advancement within a global organizationPay Range:66,666.66 - 100,000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
