Manufacturing Engineer (Engineering-Mechanical Engineering )

Must Have • 10+ years Converting experience • Technical expert on Veeva system and ability to become administrator level resource o Familiar with searching and navigation in Veeva. o Ability to identify meta data discrepancies and resolve o Ability to partner with resources to ensure equipment is mapped to the correct version o Knowledge of binders and how to set up an effective Equipment Owner binder • Ability to evaluate documents for recommended improvements upon consolidation and project manage the documentation update process • Ability to train others either in classroom or remote on Veeva system navigation • Ability to meet the converting essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations (in the event of the need to visit a plant) Nice To Have • Familiarity with all four converting technology platforms • Familiarity with systems: AM, ECR’s, CPE, CIL, CL, TBO, DH, etc. • 15-20+ years of Converting experience Job Description "Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.- Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at a plant-Determining problems in manufacturing that create production issues and find and implement solutions for those problems- Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes-Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.-Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.-Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.-Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.-Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports."Job Type I (Level 1) = 0-2 years experienceJob Type II (Level 2) = 3-5 years experienceJob Type III (Level 3) = 5-10 years experienceJob Type IV (Level 4) = 10+ years experienceJob Type V (Level 5) = 20+ years experience Apply tot his job
