Conduct regular data audits to ensure the integrity of our master data and measure data consistency. * **Organizing and Maintaining Files and Records**: Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records to ensure seamless access and retrieval. * **Collaborating with Internal Teams and External Partners**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to address business objectives and issues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * **Handling Sensitive Information with Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies to maintain the trust of our stakeholders. * **Identifying and Correcting Errors**: Identify and correct errors in data entries to ensure accuracy and consistency. * **Ensuring Secure Storage and Disposal of Confidential Data**: Ensure secure storage and proper disposal of confidential data to protect our organization and stakeholders. **Qualifications** To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need: * **Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but we encourage candidates with higher education to apply. * **1+ Years of Experience in Data Entry**: A minimum of one year of experience in data entry is necessary, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. * **Experience Working with Homeless Families or Individuals**: While not required, experience working with homeless families or individuals is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to work with diverse populations and navigate complex social issues. * **Proficient in a Computer-Based Work Environment**: You'll need to be proficient in a computer-based work environment, with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel. * **Strong Attention to Detail**: A strong attention to detail is essential, as you'll be working with sensitive information and ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entries. **Available Shifts and Compensation** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including: * **All Days Except Sundays and Saturdays**: You'll have the opportunity to work a range of shifts, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off. * **Competitive Compensation**: Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
