You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed trip information, handling member inquiries and complaint intake, and working collaboratively with internal departments to address real-time issues. If you're a motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Primary Responsibilities** * Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to provide exceptional customer service and support * Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and ensuring that members receive the transportation they need * Confirming member eligibility and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services * Identifying and assessing members' additional needs and intaking member concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner * Actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues and ensure seamless communication * Other duties as assigned to support the success of our members and the growth of our organization **Required Education and Experience** * Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent * One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone **Skills and Competencies** * Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment * Positive and helpful attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service * Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability, with the ability to work effectively with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities * Ability to work independently and/or with a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * Accurately type 35 wpm or more, with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology * Ability to empathize with members and/or their guardians, with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and supportive service **Job Requirements** * Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Must have the ability to work flexible shifts to include overnights and weekends **What You'll Need if Working Remotely** * A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction * A notebook or desktop computer, with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available * High-Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
