Develop and implement the overall architecture strategy and vision for the organization.
Lead and manage a team of enterprise architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of current enterprise architecture to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in enterprise architecture to drive innovation and improve processes.
Work closely with senior leadership to define and prioritize enterprise architecture initiatives and projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for enterprise architecture efforts.
Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, and other artifacts to communicate the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap.
Manage and oversee the implementation of enterprise architecture solutions across the organization.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enterprise architecture initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on compliance and security requirements and ensure that enterprise architecture solutions meet these standards.
Identify and address any potential risks or issues related to enterprise architecture.
Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders to promote understanding and support for enterprise architecture initiatives.
Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Collaborate with other managing principals and enterprise architects to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
