Requirements
5+ years of experience with renewable energy technologies.

Deep understanding of industry participants such as developers, law firms, accounting firms, and insurance companies.

In-depth knowledge of project distinctions within the renewable energy industry, particularly between utility-scale projects and distributed generation (DG).

Familiarity with legal entity structures used in tax equity financing, focusing on T-flips and tax credit investor roles.

Expertise in the Inflation Reduction Act and tax credit transfers.
