As the Manager of Tech Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of technical sourcers focused on identifying and engaging global engineering talent. Someone who can lead with vision, execute with precision, and elevate the function as a true strategic partner to the business.What you’ll do as a Sourcing Manager at Vanta:Build and Lead the Sourcing Function: Establish and scale our engineering sourcing team, defining best practices, workflows, tools, and metrics.Team Development: Hire, coach, mentor, and manage a team of technical sourcers.
