Together, we’re shaping a healthier, more engaged future.ResponsibilitiesWho are you?This role will report to the Senior Director of Tax and will assist with the review and preparation of U.S. and Non-U.S. direct tax provision, tax compliance and tax reporting obligations. They will also assist in tax planning and tax risk mitigation projects. This person should have a deep sense of curiosity and a solution oriented mindset. They will need to be a person who embraces change and adapts quickly to changes in the business and in priorities. Proficiency with technology and the ability to identify efficiencies will be key skills needed as the business and tax function scale to accommodate our rapid growth. We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is excited to work with teams across the organization to solve problems, deliver excellence and celebrate wins.In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Data collection and analysis for annual U.S. and Non-U.S. Income Tax Provision and ComplianceWork closely with external advisors to manage the annual tax compliance preparation and filing process for all U.S. and Non-U.S. jurisdictionsData collection and analysis for quarterly provision and estimated payment calculationsMonitor changes in tax regulations and tax controversy environment for impact and planning considerationsAssist with monthly reconciliation of GL balances in tax accounts for financial close processManage annual benchmarking and annual transfer pricing documentation process prepared by external advisorsAnalyze benchmarking results against intercompany arrangement to identify any risks or amendments needed to those arrangementsPrepare quarterly transfer pricing calculations for intercompany charges and review of transactions and outstanding balances for application of interest and withholding taxReview and assist in responding to various tax noticesAssistance in identifying and implementing process and technology improvementsAssistance with integration and analysis related to acquisitions including transaction cost analysis and Section 382 loss limitation calculationsExecution and oversight of unclaimed property tax compliance and reportingAssist with various tax planning and tax risk mitigation projectYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.QualificationsWhat you bring to the Personify Health team:In order to represent the best owhat we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:Bachelor’s degree requiredMST and CPA preferredPublic accounting experience preferredYou also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:Proficiency in Windows and advanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredExperience with Checkpoint, OneSource, Netsuite a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredMust be detail oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently to meet critical deadlines in a timely mannerEnthusiastic team playerNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification. In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
