One Data Streaming Platform.About the Role:As part of our rapid growth, we're seeking an SDR Manager who excels in operational discipline and data-driven decisions, and has a deep passion for developing sales talent. Your mission will be to cultivate an environment of collective achievement and fulfillment, with a strong focus on coaching and accountability. Your responsibilities will include optimizing our SDR program to enhance lead conversions and efficiency, alongside driving initiatives that strengthen team cohesion.What You Will Do:Lead a team of SDRs responsible for qualifying leads and converting them into productive meetings and pipeline for our sales teamRecruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs, with a strong emphasis on attracting and retaining top talentEnhance each team member's knowledge and skills related to sales, our products, and the industry, fostering their professional growthIdentify and act on opportunities to improve processes and structures, thereby increasing efficiency. This will involve collaborative efforts across different departments and stakeholders to implement necessary changesMonitor and ensure that the team achieves its monthly and quarterly targetsEnsure the effective use of Salesforce, Groove, and DriftWhat You Will Bring:2+ years of experience managing sales development team in a SaaS company3+ years experience in a closing, quota carrying roleFamiliarity with or previously worked at a company in the Big Data/Open Source spaceProven track record of managing to core KPI’sSuccess in overachieving quotas and targetsAbility to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scaleExcellent communication, teamwork and people management skillsReady to build what's next?
