Demand Forecasting & Material Planning:Develop material and production plans aligned with supplier lead times and capacity to ensure timely availability of parts.Monitor and report N+2 (two days before production) coverage to guarantee parts availability for scheduled production.Supplier Coordination & Performance Monitoring:Collaborate with suppliers to communicate production schedules and confirm delivery commitments.Track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) compliance, on-time delivery with quantity.Delivery & Logistics Management:Manage daily dispatches and deliveries to ensure materials reach production lines on time.Track truck movements, pallet counts, and ASNs to monitor shipment status and resolve any discrepancies.Oversee KTO dispatches (if applicable) and ensure proper documentation and handling.Stakeholder Coordination:Work closely with internal teams including IPL (In-Plant Logistics), IBL (Inbound Logistics), PPS (Production Planning & Scheduling), Production, and CKD (Complete Knock Down) to synchronize material flow and production requirements.Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to promptly address supply chain disruptions or material shortages.Execution & Monitoring of Delivery Methods:Implement and track e-Kanban systems and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) delivery methods to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.Continuously improve material flow processes and delivery methods for enhanced efficiency.QualificationsBE, MBA (Preferred)
