The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation frameworks, and team leadership. This role involves strategizing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our software products.nResponsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.Develop and implement a comprehensive QA automation strategy aligned with business goals.Evaluate and implement automation tools and frameworks.Establish best practices and standards for automation processes.Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Oversee the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test scripts.Ensure thorough testing of software applications to meet quality standards.Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of QA activities.Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance testing efficiency.Provide regular updates to senior management on QA activities and project statuses.Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes and quality metrics.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field12+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within QAProven experience with automation and load testing tools like Selenium, Tricentis, AccelQ, or similar.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Experience in API testing, ETL/ELT testing, performance testing and security testing.n$120,000 - $140,000 a yearnThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
