Manager, Project Engineer - Transforming the Future of Food and Beverage

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager, Project Engineer to lead the management, implementation, and execution of technical projects across our internal and external manufacturing locations. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering new products and technologies, driving productivity initiatives, and ensuring the quality of our products and packaging. Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercialization, productivity, and strategic projects across internal and external manufacturing locations to deliver new products and technologies.
Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure successful project execution.
Lead technical aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting, and implementation of new products and packages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and improve the affordability of our products.
Develop and execute project plans to meet business objectives, and ensure compliance with technical policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, preferably in the food, dairy, beverage/brewery, or personal care industries.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to define and lead projects, and direct/motivate project teams.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver strategies for new projects, products, and technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, XLS, PPT, Project).
Travel requirements: 80% (visiting manufacturing sites and vendor locations).
