What we're looking for..
The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and supporting a team of inside sales representatives to achieve revenue goals and maintain high productivity levels. This hands-on role involves coaching team members through call reviews, ensuring adherence to sales best practices, and stepping in to make sales calls when necessary. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team success while staying connected to the sales process.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team while monitoring individual and team performance.
Monitor daily team activities and ensure adherence to established sales processes and scripts.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot challenges with specific leads or tools.
Use data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth
Make sales calls to model best practices for team members and contribute to team revenue goals.
Handle escalated customer concerns, delivering timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
3+ years of previous leadership or team management experience is required.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience in the home technology industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

$65,000 - $75,000 annually plus quarterly bonus up to 50%, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
