Associate, Electronic Trading Product
Fidelity Bank is seeking an Associate for their Electronic Trading Product team to support the expansion of their Fixed Income Trading platform. The role involves acting as a product owner to ensure effective execution and user-friendly workflows for financial advisors. Responsibilities Support the product team in the expansion of the Fixed Income Trading platform, Fidelity Bond Beacon Act as the product owner and gatekeeper of the team’s mission and strategy Work with trading desks, compliance, clients and leadership to prioritize the product feature backlog Deliver best in class execution and user-friendly workflows that support advisors, traders and brokers Enable the team to innovate and experiment while balancing risk and reward Skills Experience with electronic trading in fixed income investment markets and workflows (treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes) Passion for developing class leading user experiences that make the complex simple Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts Experience analyzing data and documenting and describing systems Highly collaborative and effective communicator Organized, efficient and able to get things done A track record of contributing to high-performing teams Certifications: Series 07 - FINRA, Series 63 - FINRA Benefits Comprehensive health care coverage and emotional well-being support Market-leading retirement Generous paid time off and parental leave Charitable giving employee match program Educational assistance including student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and learning resources to develop your career Company Overview Fidelity Bank is a commercial bank providing services financial sercvices.
